Information we collect

We collect information you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that can include your name, phone number, email address, city or area, project details, the service or offer you are asking about, and — if you apply for a job — your years of painting experience and the role you are interested in.

We also collect some technical information automatically, the way most websites do: your general device and browser information, and the pages you visit. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, as part of running the site.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your quote request or job application, schedule a free on-site estimate, and follow up by phone, text, or email about your project. We keep messages and applications you send us as part of our normal business records.

Text messaging

If you give us your phone number through one of our forms, a King Color Painting team member may call or text you about your project or job application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can still get an estimate and hire us without agreeing to texts. See our Privacy Policy.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to see how people find this site and to measure the results of our online ads. These tools can set cookies in your browser and collect information like the pages you visit and how you got here.

If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the phone number shown on the site may be swapped for a different tracking number. That number reaches King Color Painting the same as our regular number — we use it to see which calls come from our ads.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam and automated submissions on our forms. It runs in the background — you will not be asked to solve a puzzle — and it can collect technical information about your device and how you interact with the page to tell people apart from bots.

All of this runs in your browser and requires JavaScript. If JavaScript is turned off, none of it runs. We do not use a cookie consent banner, because we do not operate in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to run this site and respond to you:

• A form delivery service, which passes what you submit to our inbox.
• Google, through Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA, as described above.
• Our web host, which keeps the server logs described above.

Your choices

• Email us at contact@kingcolorpainting.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
• Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts.
• To limit Google's use of your information for ad personalization, visit Google Ads Settings.
• To opt out of Google Analytics in your browser, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts information sent between your browser and our host. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults looking for painting services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
