Careers
Join the crew that gets the royal treatment.
We hire painters who take pride in a clean finish, show up ready to work, and want to be part of a crew that respects the trade.
Why work with King Color
Work you can be proud of, on a crew that has your back.
Painting is a real craft — and we treat it that way. Whether you have ten years on the brush or you are three years in and looking for a place that will train you right, King Color is a crew where the work matters and the standard is real.
We keep the schedule full through the whole year, we pay fair, and we run clean sites with the equipment and product you actually need to do the job right. If you take pride in your work, there is a spot on this crew for you.
"You show up, we show up. Same crew, same standard."
What we bring to the crew
The King Color standard for our people.
Consistent, year-round work
Residential, commercial, and new-construction projects across Washington and Oregon — the schedule stays busy through every season.
Real crews. Real leads.
You are on a real crew with a real lead — not a rotating cast. That means feedback, mentorship, and clear expectations from day one.
Growth into lead & foreman roles
We promote from the crew. Show reliability and craft, and there is a path to lead, foreman, and estimator work.
Respect for the trade
Uniforms, proper equipment, and jobsite standards you can be proud of. We treat the trade — and every crew member — like it matters.
Open roles
Roles we hire for year-round.
Send an application even if you do not see your exact title — if you are a fit for the crew, we will find the right seat.

Is King Color Painting hiring?
Yes — we are always open to hiring skilled painters, prep technicians, and lead crew members across the Tri-Cities, Yakima Valley, and Spokane. If you take pride in a clean finish and show up ready to work, send us a message.
What are you looking for in a crew member?
We look for reliability first, then craftsmanship — someone who shows up on time, respects the customer's home, works safely, and cares about how the finish reads. Painting experience is preferred but we will train the right attitude.
